GM Shaders: Extended Color Effects

New tutorial on advanced color effects! This time we're going over brightness, contrast, hue, saturation, value, and much more!

This concludes our two-part series on color, so the next step is going to be blur effects. There are many different types (motion, Gaussian, zoom, rotation, etc) and I'm looking forward to covering them for you guys.
